Mark Mathiason is President/Owner of Mortgage Corporation
of America and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. Mark started
in the business in 1989 with Bank o f America. As Vice President of
Bank of America's mortgage division, Mark was responsible for retail
production in the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa markets.
In 1996, Mark left Bank of America to start Mortgage
Corporation of America, which is now headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
Mark remains an active originator specializing in integrating financial
planning concepts into the mortgage process. Mark's focus is to help
his mortgage clients build and protect wealthby better managing their

assisting homebuyers with purchases for over seven years. A graduate
of Florida State University, he received his Bachelor's degree in Finance.
As a Mortgage Consultant, Scott has proven to be a succesful leader
and is considered to be a specialist in home-investment planning. He

Joseph

Joe Packett has lived in the Tampa area for 12 years.
He attended Indian Rocks Christian High School, the University of South
Florida, and the Florida State University. Joe has been in the mortgage
industry for over 4 years, and is a licensed mortgage broker.

their monthly budgets and their long term financial goals. He understands

Linda Beckman has been a Senior Loan Officer with
Mortgage Corporation of America since 2000. Prior to joining the MCA
team, she was a loan officer with Bank of America Mortgage for 4 years.
What Linda would like you to know about her is that it is not about
her. It is about you, and what you are looking for in a lender and a
mortgage. Other than experience, there's not that much about a company
or a lender that many other mortgage companies couldn't offer as well.
Most lending institutions have access to the same rates and programs.
