Mark started in the business in 1989 with Bank o f America. As Vice President of Bank of America's mortgage division, Mark was responsible for retail production in the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Tampa markets.
In 1996, Mark left Bank of America to start Mortgage Corporation of America, which is now headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Mark remains an active originator specializing in integrating financial planning concepts into the mortgage process. Mark's focus is to help his mortgage clients build and protect wealthby better managing their home equity and personal cash flow. Joe Packett has lived in the Tampa area for 12 years. He attended Indian Rocks Christian High School, the University of South Florida, and the Florida State University. Joe has been in the mortgage industry for over 4 years, and is a licensed mortgage broker.
Joe specializes in helping young people integrate a mortgage into both their monthly budgets and their long term financial goals. He understands that a mortgage is the single largest debt that most people will incur during their lives, and he strives to make sure his client’s mortgage fits into their financial future. Other areas in which Joe excels are 100% financing, jumbo, stated income/stated asset, and damaged credit loans. Shannon has been assisting homebuyers with Purchase, Refinance, Construction-perm, Lot loans and Equity Lines in the Tampa Bay area since 1983. Her experience includes managing multiple mortgage origination Branches in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties as well as initiating and maintaining long-term relationships with key National Builder Clients and Tampa Bay Realtors. She has consistently earned High Mortgage Production Awards throughout her lending career.
